Anyone who likes to travel knows the excitement when you discover a particularly beautiful place, the magic when the landscape opens up before you and reveals its charms, the magic of foreign cultures and the heavenly enjoyment of foreign foods and spices. My trip to Marrakesh combined all of this in an incredible way. I immersed myself in a world full of colours and smells, marvelling at the rich ornaments that could be found on almost every corner. Our photo shoot took place under all these impressions, to which the pieces of jewellery from the Marrakesh collection went perfectly. The openwork lace design of the pieces, the symmetry of the shapes and the juxtaposition of the ornaments, as seen in the bracelet, reflect the graphically opulent decorations that characterize the buildings of Morocco. Photographer Alisia Sina Wagner has a knack for emotionally charged high-end photography and the right ideas to go with it. Her new photos were staged in a quarry and in a hotel, and my bridal jewellery was allowed to play a shining role. This is how gipsy style meets rough nature and exotic flower magic meets cool hotel ambience.

If you walk through the world with your eyes open, you can see it: We should all try to protect the environment and find alternatives so as not to aggravate difficult conditions in crisis areas. In jewellery production, this means above all examining the origin and extraction of precious metals under the microscope. In my studio I therefore use recycled gold and silver.

Together with various service providers, photographer Julia Schick created a styled shoot full of colour and emotion, but with the bride’s body art at its center. Her tattoos are unmistakably poetic and harmonize perfectly with the wedding dress from be.bride.essentials. It is the first time that my top earrings are worn in tunnels and I can only say: Amazing!
